Discover Salsa, Bachata and Latin dance through accessible community workshops presented by the Canadian Salsa Dance Corporation. Programs are designed to introduce more people to Latin dance culture in a welcoming, educational environment.
CSDC uses free and accessible dance programming to help more people experience Latin dance, its music, its history and its community. These workshops are part of our broader nonprofit mission to preserve, promote and evolve Latin dance culture through education and public participation.
You do not need to be an experienced dancer to participate in beginner-friendly community programming.

Many community workshops are designed for people with little or no previous dance experience.
Learn more than steps. CSDC programming connects movement with the music, traditions and cultural roots behind the dances.
Meet other participants in an inclusive environment built around learning, connection and shared cultural experiences.
Workshops are led by experienced instructors and artists connected to CSDC programming and events.
Free offerings are created to reduce barriers and introduce Latin dance to wider audiences.
